I am passionate about helping women who feel burdened by anxiety, unresolved trauma and difficult family relationships, move forward with renewed strength and clarity.
Over the last two decades, I have supported many women in finding relief through therapy, using various approaches that blend short term, solution-focused tools with deeper work that gets to the root of the issues.
My clients often share that our work has transformed their current pains into strengths and allowed them to move from surviving to thriving. They walk away from therapy with a greater understanding of their emotions, needs and patterns. They feel equipped with the right tools to create real change.
