I see your struggle

You wonder if it’s possible to feel lighter—freer—from the weight of anxiety or the strain of those difficult relationships in your life.

You’ve worked hard to move past painful experiences, yet somehow, those old patterns still show up, leaving you feeling stuck. That inner voice is filled with doubt, self-criticism and the sense that you’re falling short.

Showing up each day takes every ounce of energy you’ve got. At the end of the day, you’re running on empty - feeling disconnected, alone and with nothing left for those you love, let alone yourself. Deep down, you know something needs to change.

I know your desire

You’re longing to feel like yourself again - to feeling confident, hopeful and like you’re truly in the driver’s seat of your own life. You want more than just getting by - you want to feel equipped to handle whatever life throws at you, with tools that actually work for you.

You want to have a greater understanding of how you got to this place and how to move forward with clarity and intention. You want real relief and change that brings peace into your journey.

You’re in the right place, I’m here to help

Who I Help

I support women like you who are weighed down by anxiety, carrying the weight of past trauma, and navigating the often complicated dynamics of interpersonal relationships.

Keeping up with all the roles, responsibilities, and expectations on your plate can feel like too much—like you're constantly being pulled in different directions with no room to catch your breath. The pressure of being everything to everyone can slowly wear you down.

Sounds familiar? You’re not alone! Here you’ll find a compassionate space that’s just for you, where you gain personalized tools that allow you to overcome these challenges.

My primary goal is to help you feel empowered - to come alongside you in finding your center and in rewriting your story to one full of resilience and strength. This space is most powerful for those who are open to slowing down, reflecting on their experiences, and embracing the discomfort that can come with growth. Leaning into this process will allow you to experience the most fulfillment from therapy.

How I Help

My approach to therapy focuses on taking time to get to know you, understanding your story and taking note of the way you see yourself, others and the world.

I focus on creating a safe space where we can sit together in hard moments, transforming them into launching pads. I bring my full, authentic self to each session—showing up with compassion and curiosity so you can feel truly seen and heard. Knowing you well and earning your trust means I can start to challenge you, nudge you and hold you accountable for doing the work (don’t worry I approach this with a mix of skill and gentleness!).

Working with me means blending both practical tools to help you get back on track - since after all you’re here to find relief, with deeper work that gets to the bottom of your struggles. I will help you connect the dots, understand underlying patterns and unlearn ineffective behaviors. Together we’ll tap into the strength within to create meaningful change.

I believe you have all the pieces of the puzzle, you just need help rearranging them.

The Work I do

Finding the RIGHT fit unlocks the door to transformative change

I ultimately want you to find a therapist here that is both skillful and gets you. Someone who makes you feel comfortable enough to show up in your most vulnerable, messy and broken parts and be able to help you put the pieces back together in a beautiful and empowered way.

I help you get there by using various therapeutic approaches that are particularly suited for this style and for reaching your goals successfully like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Strength-Based strategies

We will start by “gathering data” from your past and present, knowing your strengths, triggers, core beliefs and challenges. This process will be done in a curious and insightful way that brings awareness to your thoughts

I will ask you the hard questions, encourage you to dig deeper and challenge you to make choices that align with your authentic self. You will start learning and using tools that help you reach your goals. You’ll slowly begin to notice positive shifts—moments where things feel a little lighter, a little more manageable.

Although there may not be a “quick fix”, I understand you deeply long for relief, clarity and a sense of control in your life again. I am committed to getting you there and I’m here to walk that path with you. Supporting women through their healing journeys isn’t just what I do—it’s what I’m truly passionate about.

Over the past two decades my focus has been on helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, and the complexities of relationships. This work has allowed me to truly understand the unique challenges women face and to develop the tools, expertise and insights that lead to real, lasting change.

My clients often leave therapy, not only feeling supported, but feeling a renewed sense of trust in themselves and a clear vision for their path forward.
