I see your struggle

This season of life may be asking more of you than ever before. Between shifting family roles, strained relationships and changes in your body and mood, simply getting through the day can feel exhausting. Old patterns resurface, stress feels constant, and the ways you used to cope no longer bring the same relief.

You give so much to others, yet end the day feeling depleted, disconnected, and with little left for yourself. Deep down you know something needs to change.

You wonder if it’s possible to feel lighter, calmer and more like yourself again?

I know your desire

This season doesn’t have to stay this hard, it can become your turning point

This work is for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode and feel steadier in their bodies and emotions.  It’s for those who want to feel clearer in their minds and more confident in how they show up in their lives and relationships. Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s driving your stress and emotional overwhelm, building tools that truly work for you, and creating a clear way forward - so you can experience real relief and lasting change.

Ready for Change? Let’s Begin

Who I Help

I work with women in midlife who are navigating the emotional, physical and relational challenges of this complex season of life. The ones balancing full, demanding lives while feeling anxious, unsettled by changes in their bodies and disconnected from themselves.

Many are navigating perimenopause, parenting or caregiving roles, career pressures, shifting family dynamics or the lingering impact of past trauma—all while trying to hold it together on the outside. They are often the ones others depend on, yet privately feel overwhelmed, stretched thin or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

The women I support want relief, not just insight. They are looking to reduce emotional distress and address the root causes of their struggles so they can feel more empowered, present and more like themselves again. They are looking for practical tools they can use right away, along with deeper healing that creates lasting change.

How I Help

My work begins with understanding you—your story, your stress patterns, and the experiences that have shaped how you move through life. I create a space where you feel supported and seen, so our work can be personal, focused, and effective. Together, we address both what you’re dealing with right now and the deeper patterns underneath it.

My approach blends practical tools for immediate relief with trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR, to target distress at its source, for root level healing that goes beyond talk therapy alone.

Using evidence-based methods and your own inner strengths, we work to regulate your nervous system and shift the patterns that keep you stuck—so anxiety, reactivity, and overwhelm can begin to ease. Therapy with me is both compassionate and active. This work isn’t just about symptom management—it’s about creating lasting change, so you can move forward with confidence, and real control over your life.

The Work I do

Finding the RIGHT fit unlocks the door to transformative change

Outdoors portrait of Nardine

Finding the right therapist matters. Working with me means partnering with someone who is both highly skilled and truly understands you—someone who helps you feel safe enough to show up with the messy, guarded, and vulnerable parts of yourself, and who also knows how to help you move forward. My role is to offer both—a space where you can be real and a process that leads to meaningful change.

Our work is collaborative and practical, designed to bring you relief, not just reflection. You can expect honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and tools you can use outside the therapy room. We focus on what’s impacting you most right now and build strategies you can apply immediately—whether that’s calming your body during stress, responding differently in triggering situations, or easing anxiety. Some sessions focus on skill building and others go deeper to address the root of what’s keeping you stuck.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), along with solution-focused and strength-based strategies. Each session is guided by your goals and tailored to what you’re facing at the moment. Our work centers on resolving distress at its source while helping you make choices that reflect who you truly are and how you want to live.

The goal is simple: to help you feel better, function better, and move forward with greater confidence, control and strength in this stage of life.
